The fine folks at Ono Brewery wanted a new template for their beer cans that they could use for the growing number of flavors they have for sale. The client wanted something that would be easy for them to update on their own since they create new beer flavors all the time, and I would never get to sleep if they called me every time they had a new beer on tap.
I designed a template that would give each can a unique look with the smallest of effort. The dark brown labels will be for the dark beers, the pink labels will be for fruit-flavored beer, the yellow ones will be wheat beers, etc. Customers will know what color label to grab depending on their taste preference. Obviously the names will be changed, but now that the client has the files, they will be doing that part on their end. Seeing all these cans lined up in the cooler is going to be pretty great.
